Roadrunner rend hommage à leurs groupes les plus importants. Type O Negative est également présent avec tous les albums qu'ils ont enregistré pour Roadrunner.



Type O Negative, avec son bassiste chanteur charismatique Peter Steele, était sinistre et industriel, avec des éléments Speed Punk et Thrashy. Ils ont sorti leur premier album chez Roadrunner, "Slow, Deep and Hard" en 1991. Un fan plus tard, sortait "Origin of the Feces" suivi par "Bloody Kisses" en 1993 qui a été le premier album de platine sous la bannière Roadrunner. Ces trois albums font partie de "The complete Roadrunner collection 1991 - 2003" de Type O Negative, tout comme "World Coming Down" (1999) et "Life is Killing Me" (2003).
